The Luxel T9000HS CTP is a B1 8 page format, external drum thermal laser Platesetter. The Luxel T9000HS CTP offers high quality standards with unrivalled productivity, with speeds of 20, 8-page plates per hour! External drum for image accuracy, reliability and registration, high resolution output up to 4000 dpi, supports screens up to 400 lpi and a maximum output size of 45" x 37".

Fuji Luxel F6000 Imagesetter

The Luxel F-6000 CTF is a B2 4 page format, internal drum single laser Imagesetter. The Luxel F6000 CTF also offers Fujifilm's high quality standards and unrivalled productivity, with speeds of 31, 4-page negs per hour! Internal "C" drum technology for image accuracy, reliability and registration, high resolution output up to 3657 dpi, supports screens up to 200 lpi and a maximum output size of 24.9" x 29.5"

EskoArtwork's AE 10.0 Workflow

Automation Engine 10, a powerful software that automates many workflow tasks in the background, has boosted the efficiency and accuracy of our workflow. Automation Engine 10.0 maintains transpancies during the ripping process and generates a normalized PDF that has been cleaned and trapped for further output. EskoArtwork's QA module is an amazing soft proofing tool that verifies the original with the normalized PDF. Plato, EskoArtwork's versatile packaging step-and repeat tool, is also helping streamline operations. Plate layout, die-based masking, and print production tools are all automated for increased productivity.

Serendipity Blackmagic Epson Proofing System

Blackmagic is a software package that sits on a Windows platform and proofs the separated plates produced after the ripping process by our Imagesetter or Platesetter RIPs. The same dots that image onto the film and plate is used to create Blackmagic proofs. Any errors evident on the final print are also evident on the Blackmagic proof. With Blackmagic we rip once, using our Imagesetter or Platesetter RIP, and proof the final separated plates to a wide variety of proofing devices, as many times as we want.
